We stand behind our products and want you to feel confident trying them.

If you are not satisfied with your first purchase, you may request a refund within 90 days of receiving your order.

This 90-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time customers and their first order only.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund under our 90-day guarantee:

  • The request must be submitted within 90 days of delivery.

  • The purchase must be your first order with Pauca Skin.

  • The order must have been purchased directly from our website.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that are fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise inconsistent with this policy.

Returns

In some cases, we may request that products be returned before a refund is issued. If a return is required, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the package.

Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at hello@paucalskin.com so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please contact us and we will advise on the best solution.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received and accompanied by proof of purchase.

This right is provided in addition to any rights available under applicable law.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
